Yoru no Shiori — A Bookmark for the Things I Love
A concert announcement, an anime to follow this season, an exhibition to visit over the weekend. The things I want to keep track of are scattered across different websites. Sometimes I save them for later, then lose track of them.
So I made a place to leave a bookmark: Yoru no Shiori (夜の栞), “a bookmark for the night.” It is a new section of this site for keeping track of anime, music, games, exhibitions, theatre and cinema in Japan.
There are five sections: latest news, events, seasonal anime, cinema and sources. Each item puts its main details on a single row for easy scanning. The event list also has a Japan map and a monthly calendar, with options to save events and export calendar files. The hub itself is entirely in Japanese, reflecting its focus on Japan.
I plan to maintain it day by day, using official announcements alongside specialist media. Entries keep their sources and verification dates, and dates that are still unknown stay marked as such. I want to build a small place I will return to, and keep it growing over time.
After final review, I plan to launch Yoru no Shiori this evening, October 7, 2026, Japan time.
